Absolutely. Side of SASS is fully insured for your peace of mind. If your party venue or local park needs a Certificate of Insurance (COI), just let us know when you book and we’ll send one over with your venue listed.
What is covered in the total cost?
Your payment covers the specified rental period, full installation, cleanup, and delivery within 20 miles of Rockford, MI. Please send us an inquiry with your address if you are unsure if its in our radius, and we will confirm if an additional delivery fee applies. Please note that to provide you privacy during your event, we do not remain onsite, but return at the conclusion of your celebration. If you have a special event that does require staffing, send us a request and we will see if an attendant can be provided in special cases.
Can I request a personalized booking?
Definitively. While our site lists top choices, Side of SASS loves building unique setups. We can provide custom measurements and distinct floor plans to suit your specific party needs.
Where can the equipment be positioned?
We install on level, moisture-free ground. For outdoor events, Side of SASS requires an indoor backup location in case of bad weather.
Frequently Asked Questions
For which ages is the equipment intended?
Unless otherwise specified in the package, our play equipment is designed for little ones ages 0–5, and can safely support children up to about age 9 with gentle play.
What if I need to cancel?
The deposit is non refundable within 14 days of your event. Our full cancellation details are provided upon booking. We understand life does happen and try to balance understanding with protecting our time and costs as a small business, so we can provide the best service to all. We ask that you please do reach out ASAP if plans do change.
What is required to book?
We require a 25% deposit to hold your date. Balance is due 48 hours or 2 days before your event, as is our signed rental agreement/waiver.
